Contact us directly at ezcosplay@gmail.com if you have any issues with your order, we recommend you submit it here so we can fix it efficiently. Here is the guideline about how to process your complaint request:

Fill out the requested information, submit the complaint form first.
Check your email for updates on the progress after you sent a complaint request.
We will reply to your email in 1 business day due to the time difference.
Regarding the size issue:

If the item you ordered come with this size chart. Please note this size chart is finished costume size instead of body size. Because sizing and cut will vary between brands, please use our size charts as a general guide. In general, the size we made can achieve the maximum of the size range, pls check again and make sure the size you choose fits you.

As for the unfit part, please take a picture measuring the costume size with a tape measure on it. Please lay the costume flat and neatly, ensuring that the photos clearly show the size numbers on both sides and the edges of the costume. Otherwise, it may lead to inaccurate judgments or make it impossible to identify the issue. Please send pictures like below:

1. Shoulder Width

Measure straight across to the same point on the other side of the shirt as in the attached photo.

2. Chest

Measure the chest from seam to seam at the fullest point. Double this measurement to get the chest circumference. As in the attached photo.

3. Waist

Measure from seam to seam at the smallest part of the waistline, which would be around your belly button. Double this measurement to get the waist circumference. As in the attached photo.

4. Pants Waist

Measure the pants from seam to seam at the waistline, where the pants would be around your belly button. Then double this measurement to get the waist circumference. As in the attached photo.

5. Hips

Starting 7” below the top of the waistband, measure across from seam to seam around the fullest part of your hips. Then double this measurement to get the hip circumference. As in the attached photo.

6. Shoes Length

If the size of the shoes cannot fit, please send the photo of the outsole measurement and your foot length and width with the measured result. Measure the length from your heel to the longest toe outline part. As in the attached photo.

7. Boot Calf Circumference

Measure the widest part of the calf outline. Then double this measurement to get the circumference of the calf. As in the attached photo.
